I ordered at 5:34AM PDT, but it still says Prepared for Shipment. I knew I should have ordered a few minutes earlier.
Nevermind. I just got my email.
While I’m excited about the new toy and anxious for said toy, it by no means control my life. Think of it like Christmas, in April.
Rec’d my email notification @ 4:05 am with a delivery date of 4/30. Yippee!
Just got my notice.
I am bummed. I ordered two on Mar 12. Got the WiFi model on time. But so far no news from Apple re the 3G model ordered the same time. My status at Apple store says “ships late April” Three days ago my credit card showed a pending charge for the iPad. That went away yesterday. No charge and no pending on the card as of this minute. Maybe they figure since I have one already to play with I can wait.
No notification here either, still just Pending Shipment. Ordered on April 2, but got the “Late April” date.
I placed my order at 0547 PT on 12 March and it still shows as “Prepared for Shipment”.
Update: Just got the notification, should be here tomorrow. Again, ordered 4/2/10
