Analyst: Apple to ship touchscreen 10-inch ‘netbook’ this year

According to a report via Bloomberg, “Apple will ship a touch-screen netbook with a 10-inch screen by the end of this year, Daiwa Securities Group analyst Calvin Huang said in a report today.”

The new product, to be made by Hon Hai Precision Industry, will use chips from Infineon and will be based on technology from ARM, Mr Huang said in an e-mailed report today.
