Apple posts new ‘Get a Mac’ TV ad, new iPod ads

Apple debuted a new television ad for their “Get a Mac” campaign called “Surgery” in which John Hodgman’s “PC” prepares to upgrade to Microsoft’s Windows Vista.

Dressed in a hospital gown, “PC” tells Justin Long’s “Mac” that he “gets nervous” about such “major surgery.”
