Apple leases 30,000 sq. ft. five-story NYC building opposite Empire State Building

Apple Computer has leased a third Manhattan property for a future Apple Retail Store opposite the Empire State Building at 21 W. 34th St., according to a report from NY Post.

Apple has leased the entire, 30,000-square-foot five-story building from Jeff Sutton of Wharton Realty and his partner, SL Green Realty Trust, sources told the Post. Apple already has a store open in SoHo and has installed a glass entry cube at the GM Building where it will soon open the doors of it’s next NYC Apple showplace.
