Apple releases GarageBand 2.0.2 Update

Apple today released GarageBand 2.0.2 Update via Software Update which addresses issues with time signature handling, Apple Loops authoring, locking tracks, and improves compatibility with Mac OS X Tiger.

  1. One thing I’ve noticed that Apple does…it’s like you’ll check software update over and over again and get nothing until all of the sudden, there’s a whole flood of updates for everything. I love it when that happens!

  2. Not Garageband related at all but I was just too incensed when I saw this:
    “In the updated Top 20 Most Critical Internet Vulnerabilities List issued by SANS today, researchers note some of the most dangerous flaws involve computer programs such as Apple’s popular iTunes…”

    From what I hear a certain type of virus has been given the name iTunes.exe and this is interpreted as a threat involiong iTunes. What a bunch of w*****s!

  3. When it was first noted that a virus had been named iTunes.exe someone predicted here that this exact senario would happen. Frankly it seems blatantly obvious that the whole thing is corporate sabotage, a lie planted in order to curb the popularity of iTunes!
