I volunteer for a National Association of doctors. I have been using GoToMeeting & Webinar since 2012 and have been very happy with it.
And although I am one of those doctors I don’t practice in the traditional sense, as I have been a professional speaker since 1987 having done over 4000 programs in 18 countries. Obviously my business has taken a serious hit in this era, but that’s OK. When a door closes another opens.
I have had a dedicated green screen video studio in what was once a guest room. I used it mostly for filming videos that become part of online classes, promotions, or whatever.
I’ll be doing a live virtual keynote (90 minutes) broadcast to a major federal agency from my home. I choose Zoom for this purpose simply because of it’s magical green screen substitution feature. With good lighting and a green screen, it’s amazing how you can put in any background.
They have updated some settings as per FBI guidelines, such as all meetings default to a password and there is a waiting room and people have to be “admitted” by the person running the meeting. Here are the FBI recommendations.

Skype and Teams for work. Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype for church Bible study, and to just chat with friends. Most have iPhones, but we have two Android users, so we adapt to them.
