The FCC’s conclusion is, um… conclusive:
All sample cell phones tested by the FCC Laboratory, both grantee-provided and FCC- purchased samples, produced maximum 1-g average SAR values less than the 1.6 W/kg limit specified in the FCC rules. Therefore, all tested sample devices comply with the FCC RF radiation exposure general population/uncontrolled limits for peak spatial-average SAR of
1.6 W/kg, averaged over any 1 gram of tissue as specified in 47 CFR § 2.1093(d)(2), and these tests did not produce evidence of violations of any FCC rules regarding maximum RF exposure levels.

The good news? The lawyers are now full-fledged candidates for America’s democrat party.
Actually, it was my assumption that someone who did not understand that measuring radiation levels from five times closer than the standard requires will result in multiplying the results roughly 25 times would also be likely not to understand that the greenhouse effect is not an unproven opinion.

The FCC is absolutely correct. I use my iPhone in close proximity to either my head or my kidneys at all times, and while people have said I’ve transformed into a mean, unkind, arrogant a-hole, those sad losers are tremendously wrong.
I regularly p!ss on poor opinions – that’s just glorious me. No iPhone radiation exposure has transformed me, no-siree, no-mamee and no-transee either. If you don’t like in, then Android off right up your own I/O port, and then go forth and procreate with some of the famous people I’ve met a millions times that you haven’t and never will.
It’s why I have the letters C and X in my name, I’m the CXiest commentator here at MDN, SteveJack tries hard but he’s got nuthin’ on me.

Cook has said that “health” will be what Apple is known for. If health, security/privacy, and “it just works” continue to be Apple’s distinguishing characteristics, I don’t ever see a reason wander.
With that said, I hope Cook would go to great lengths to ensure RF in Apple products is truly safe and not just below govt rules/standards…as govt standards for the serfs can be ridiculous.
Consider the fact that Tim Cook and all the other execs at apple use those same products and if anything are exposed to more RF than the standard person. So it would seem to me that they would have a vested interest in being sure it wouldn’t cause harm.
