In Germany, Apple CEO Tim Cook told Bild that sales of iPhone 11 are off to a “very strong start.”
In an interview with German daily Bild published late Monday, Cook said the company “could not be happier” with the iPhone 11 launch. He did not reveal any specific sales figures related to the new devices… Apple’s new lineup of smartphones, the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, hit store shelves September 20.
J.P. Morgan raised its price target for Apple on Monday citing stronger-than-expected demand for the new phones.

Demand is strong. I have been trying to buy a Midnight Green 512GB 11 Pro Max since Sept 20 at my carrier Xfinity Mobile store only to be told they still don’t have a 512GB model for sale because Apple still hasn’t shipped any to their store in Santa Cruz CA since launch day.
they are trying to clear the inventory of the less desired models to minimize the “on hand” stock, i know this store, they do that with iPhones (as well as point people to andurd phones), i also live in SC and simply drive over to Los Gatos to purchase or order through Apple,
Tim Cook was on the Oktoberfest in Munich. I wonder what he’s doing in the home town of BMW…
More than likely just passing through on his way from Berlin lobbying for environmental tax credits. Cook isn’t a car guy.
Cook may not be a car guy but apple has poured billions into cars in some way shape or form and as i am sure everyone can see bmw is not only building for themselves but selling engines, seats etc etc to other mfg’s. so while probably benign trip could be some back door work on project titan whatever that means these days.
