Apple releases seventh developer betas of iOS 13, iPadOS 13, watchOS 6, and tvOS 13

Apple has released the seventh developer betas for iOS 13, iPadOS 13, watchOS 6, and tvOS 13.

Juli Clover for MacRumors:

Apple today seeded the seventh betas of iOS 13 and iPadOS to developers for testing purposes, a week after releasing the sixth betas and two months after unveiling the new operating system at the Worldwide Developers Conference.

Each new beta brings new features and changes to iOS 13, and the sixth beta added a Dark Mode toggle to Control Center, changes to folder transparency, updates to some privacy warnings, new splash screens, and more.

  1. One thing I’m seeing is consistent with every version of iOS on every device I’ve used since the split keyboard was first introduced. It boggles my mind that Apple has done nothing to correct this.

If you split the keyboard, and you type a lot of text (as I tend to do), the text will eventually reach the point where it falls behind the keyboard. The text window will NOT adjust to correct the text display. If you continue typing, you will be typing blind for whatever part of the text falls behind the segments of the keyboard.

This problem does not occur if the keyboard has been merged and docked.
