  1. Folks, “fitness” should never be confused with Health. Apple does this regularly. And there are just too many instances where they are not merely mutually-exclusive but mutually-antagonistic. (How many people do YOU know who have literally hurt their health in the pursuit of “fitness” — which is merely seeking to appear more attractive?)
