Couldn’t care less about 5G until it’s fully rolled out however a smaller high end iPhone would be fantastic.
Still want Apple to implement a product family like this:
iPhone Touch 4.7″, 5.5″ (Classic design with TouchID.)
iPhone Air 5.1″, 6.1″ (Thin and light design with edge to edge LCD and FaceID.)
iPhone Pro 5.4″, 6.5″ (Slightly thicker edge to edge OLED with FaceID.)
iPhone Studio 6.7″ (Same as iPhone Pro but with big high end display with true SLR camera.)
Obviously substitute whatever screen sizes you would prefer but I think the product family makes sense and would offer something for everyone.
The iPhone Studio could be priced well over a $1000 because it offers SLR like quality. Saying that the rest of the line should be more competitively priced as I think Apple has gone beyond the limit of what a lot of people are willing to pay.
A 5.4 inch higher-end iPhone would be perfect. Looks like I will be hanging on to my iPhone X for one more year. Truth be told, I am more interested in 5G for iPad Pro than iPhone at this time.
Me too. iPhone X & my older iPad Pro for another year. And I agree about the 5G for iPad Pro being more eagerly awaited and desirable.
5G = USB-C adaptability. Nada from most, Apple, MS, etc.
What good is 5G without infrastructure and alignment from vendors?
