Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference keynote address, held annually in San Jose, California, will again be streamed live.
Apple uses the event to showcase its new software and technologies for software developers who can participate in hands-on labs with Apple engineers and attend in-depth sessions covering a wide variety of topics.
This year, WWDC10 begins on June 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. PDT at the San Jose Convention Center.

MDN, I can never tell when your tongue is or is not implanted ever so delicately in your cheek.
We expect this WWDC to be a special one.
We’re excited to see all that will be revealed – no sarcasm this time!
When I started reading the MDN take I begun to get enthused, excited even… then it started to sound deeply familiar and yup looking down it was merely a Cook quote I discovered. My heart sank with a thud.
I wish Tim would stop harping on about their pipeline. It got old very quickly. Until very recently it felt like his pipeline was blocked up.
I wish Tim would not give them. Steve did a great job at these things, but as he got older he shared the stage. I don’t think the rest of the crew was or is up to it. So they should stop. The rest of the industry is really bad at it and they should not follow Apple by doing the productions. They should just hirer some unknown actors and intro products and get off the stage.
You know Tim just doesn’t have this marketing thing down yet. In early june Apple has a big show. He should have introduce new macs then. At the beginning of every quarter he should be looking to intro or update a product line, software included. That makes it look like Apple is always creating and gives Mac, iPhone, Apple fans something to cheer for. Stockholders love that kind of timing. Cook does way to many product dumps, three, four, five at a time.
Poor pipeline Tim.
All joking aside I do think this year’s WWDC is going to be significant and will bring many changes, new features and things we’ve been asking for, can’t wait!
(However if they don’t show a new Mac Pro and Display I’m not sure Tim and his crew will leave the auditorium unscathed.)
Yeah, that’d be great if Tim announced “Well thats everything! So long!” and failed to bring up the new Mac Pro or monitor and the crowd got instantly ugly, angry and started tearing up the place and the camera started to tilt over when the live feed went blank to black with a 1,000Hz tone. But you know that’s just how angry I and many are.
What will Apple take away this time?
It’s unlikely the Mac Pro will save Apple in the professional field, it’ll be too little too late. Constrained to Intel CPUs it’ll be destroyed by AMD workstations for far less money.
In my work I visit many post production companies and I see a move away from Macs, I never see Macs in 3D or compositing, rarely in editing bays and only if someone is using FCPX which is rare in the pro World.
I’ve also seen many audio post production suites completely PC based now, this would be unheard of in the heyday of the Mac Pro.
This is down to Timmy Pipeline, the best he can hope for is the crowd doesn’t laugh at the Mac Pro when it’s shown after nearly 6 years.
Tim Cook is terrible at executing his “pipeline”; and if there is not new Mac Pro / Display, we all need to rally together to get him replaced.
