  1. Wifi takes a big hit. Wish I didn’t listen Apple support to upgrade. Old iMac getting expected download of 100+ MB/s. iPhone X now only getting 30 MB/s. Just read this has also been reported in Forbes.

    1. Update:
Apple care support knows nothing of this. I read him the Forbes article https://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2019/01/24/apple-ios-12-1-3-release-should-you-upgrade-iphone-ipad/#282460ed72dd

He discovered an resetting network setting solves some problems. I asked that before I endure reaquiring network passwords from places I had visited. Well that didn’t work nor restarting the phone. When he asked me to restart the router I felt he didn’t know what to do other than generic trial and error algorithm. Worse than a waste of time.
