MacDailyNews Take: How sweet it is!

        1. It was more fun because the game was essentially innocent — between Microsoft and Apple, or between Google and Apple. Now it’s about libtards, Trump, and non-existent weapons of mass destruction.

        2. It is always nice to get feedback from you Herself and you do bring up a relevant point, though I’d say that there are a couple factors at least bringing about the transition here.

One is the state of computers overall, the devices moving from large machines requiring technicians and computer engineers to operate to what see now, very small devices much more powerful than their predecessors that are not carried and worn. It’s not really a surprise that the Mac pro has not been updated for a while, desktops while still required at the trucks do no make the lion’s share of Apple’s focus, the phone and watch do, along with incorporation into the car along with AI to harness all of that processing power.

The other factor I’m coining at the 9-12 factor, or 9-12 effect and it’s basically how your country has reacted since the second 9-11 disaster. Essentially your country has lost it’s way. I find it absolutely hilarious that after all this time of pointing out the torture your nation now engage in and the on going genocide in Iraq to get a barrage of insults. There have been a few that have tried a futile explanation and a few more that agree with me that these are acts against humanity, but the rest would rather have me silenced and sweep it under the rug to maintain this false facade that your country is actually decent. Sorry to burst their bubble again and again but great countries don’t torture and don’t engage in a senseless invasion of another country that had nothing to do with 9-11 and more than likely, have absolutely no weapons of mass destruction program.

The hate from your country is something that is being laid to bear, even here at MDN. Fortunately you are fighting and bickering amongst yourselves. Divided like this, you are falling. Sooner or later you’ll hit rock bottom, and then maybe then will you pull yourselves up and get back on the humanity wagon. I’m still hopefully optimistic about this but it isn’t going to happen overnight. Meanwhile I’m just enjoying the fireworks of your dysfunctional nation.

          Have a good one.

        3. My last remaining family resides in Canada and for years they all have begged me to join them there. But, what good would fleeing accomplish? Only a form of cowardice, as I see it. I’ll stay and fight, because (as Florence Nightingale emphasised) no one escapes a spreading infection. It must be extinguished on its own soil.
