Rosenblatt analyst: Apple TV’s time has arrived

“Rosenblatt Securities‘s Brian Blair today reiterates a Buy rating on shares of Apple (AAPL), offering up some thoughts on what is expected to be the next Apple product debut, the week of September 7th,” Tiernan Ray reports for Barron’s.

“Blair, without citing sources, speculates there may be a different venue this year for the traditional September product debut. The annual event, which tends to be the debut of a new iPhone model, has customarily been at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, in downtown San Francisco,” Ray reports. “This time around, Blair muses, Apple may hold the event somewhere bigger. Indeed, a post Monday from local San Francisco publication Hoodline, authored by Andrew Dudley, noted that the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium has been reserved for a ‘private event’ for the next month. The article speculates it could be an Apple event.”

Ray reports, “If so, Blair opines the larger space might have been chosen to afford more space for demonstration of Apple’s “HomeKit” technology for the connect home, or to have have a concert-like atmosphere for showing off Apple Music.”

  1. MDN, I think you have “tunnel vision”. Here is a hint for you… ‘Think Different’, if that is possible or in other words use your imagination, if you have one. I’ll give you another hint… try to think outside the box and ‘Think Big’! I also suggest you “go long” on APPL.
