Really.”
“‘It’s a real listing,’ Else told My Fox Detroit. ‘My client is overseas and he told me he would be willing to trade the property for an iPhone 6. It sounds to me like he wants the [iPhone 6 Plus] version, but I think he’s willing to negotiate,'” Grenoble reports. “The homeowner would also consider a 32 gigabyte iPad.”
“The broker told HuffPost his client lives in Austria and bought the house in 2010 for $41,000, likely believing it to be a smart investment as a rental property,” Grenoble reports. “Though it looked good on paper, the house was probably never in as good a shape as the owner was led to believe. ‘The seller was a victim himself,’ Else said.”

A long barreled, pump shotgun with a hand hold grip, a long mag and 3″ slugs can be a big crowd pleaser, in a big hurry.
This guy is so desperate he will even accept an Android! Really now. Android users may be cheap but they are not THAT cheap! Besides, what does Detroit even have to offer anyway. Until they get a mall that’s as half as good as the Mall of America, then no one should care.
Detroit has lots of malls. It just needs the money to spend, at the malls, that they are short of.
