I’ve got no problem with the idea behind these, unlike the above commentators, but seriously, what in the hell does diversity have to do with anything? I’ll gladly choose a company of 100% white men, or 100% Indian women, or 100% lesbian eskimos as long as each person was the best applicant for his or her respective position. What a farce it is to believe that a more diverse company equates to a better company!
Now, diversity of thought, that’s another matter entirely.
