“According to Cher Wang, chairperson of HTC, despite Samsung’s recent lawsuit loss, HTC does not have any intentions to settle,” Erica Yen and Jackie Chang report for DigiTimes.
“Wang noted that HTC has great skills in innovation and has the confidence to face legal lawsuits with Apple,” Yen and Chang report. “Samsung’s loss, added Wang, does not mean the failure of the entire Google Android ecosystem.”

I’m not aware of Apple having sued HTC, which begs the question: is Cher Wang’s conscience causing her to make those statements?
HTC was one of the first companies apple sued in its android assault, before even Samsung

HTC sense is one of the few decent UI layers over Android.
