Apple v. Samsung jury asks to work an extra hour

“This is going to be a lengthy deliberation process,” Raven Lovecraft reports for TG Daily.

“Either the nine people sitting through several days of high-end corporate testimony really don’t want to go home, or there is some intense debate happening behind those courthouse doors,” Lovecraft reports. “On their second day of deliberations, the Apple-Samsung jury decided to work an extra hour.”

Lovecraft reports, “The nine men and women were scheduled to deliberate from 9 AM to 4:30 PM local time, but they indicated to the court that they wanted to stay until 5:30 PM instead. This either means they want to hunker down and finish ASAP, possibly before the weekend, or it means they are really into the case and want to be sure they don’t get cut off by an arbitrary timeline. Most analysts seem to think it’s the latter.”

  1. The truth is that they’ve already decided to rule in favor of Apple, and are now playing as many iPhone games as possible with no interruptions from the outside world.

  2. If they were ruling against Apple they’da gone home by now.

They’ve decided for Apple and just trying to get the numbers right before they go home.
