“While he has presided over a number of events since taking over as Apple CEO last year, Tuesday night promises to offer a new look inside the mind of Tim Cook,” Ina Fried reports for AllThingsD.
“Cook, as Steve Jobs did several times during his career, is taking the stage at D: All Things Digital for an in-depth sit-down with Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg,” Fried reports. “Cook’s appearance will kick off the conference, which runs through Thursday in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. There’s a ton to talk about, from Cook’s vision for the company to Apple’s plans for the living room and his views on China’s labor practices.”
The onstage interview won’t be livestreamed, but AllThingsD has live coverage right here.
Also, Macworld’s Jason Snell is at the D Conference and is live-blogging Cook’s interview here and Eric Savitz is doing the same for Forbes here.
Cook is sharp.
As an Apple fan, I couldn’t be happier with Tim at the helm. He’s the perfect guy for the job, humble, competent, and genuine.
Totally agree. What a complement to the CEO of the greatest company in the world. Just be the best
actually i’m nervous that he is in charge. i read he is a homosexual, and those people are suffering mentally
Brain damage is a terrible thing to live with Ed.
My heartfelt condolences.
Jerkoff says what?
I am really fed up with people like you dropping incendiary comments in this board just so you can watch it derail. Either write something cogent and on topic or fuck off.
WE should be nervous, ed, cos you can read but appear to have no brain….
