Forget the financial results and the crazy stock gyrations.
Here is one metric for future performance: Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference to be held in San Francisco this year on June 11-15. Tickets went on sale this morning.
Three years ago it sold out in a month. Two years ago it sold out in a week. A year ago it sold out in twelve hours. This year it sold out in two hours.

Oh no, the logo looks funny. Steve Jobs would never have OK’d that. This shows that AAPL is doomed. Everyone sell, sell, sell!!!!!!!
(This is sarcasm for those who don’t recognize it)
It’s an App(le) World. No going back home to Kansas anymore.
That’s hot
Like Katy Perry in Candyland.

On Fire!
They should invite monkeyboy over to perform his dancing routine.
BLN says logo is too small.
Now, now… lets be fair. BLN also complains that the iPad is too big. If the iPad and the iPhone morphed into one useless device, then he’d be happy.
but … but … but … Developers are losing interest in iOS! it’s too rigid!! Apple is too controlling!!! all the web smart guys tell us so!!!!
who you gonna believe?
Same number of tickets each year?
I was just considering that question. Without the answer, the figures presented are relative.
so that’s what convergence looks like.
Me like dat!
