Can some one explain what is the meaning of spring? What is the time line for that, like most probable release date?
Spring 2012 is March 20-June 19
Summer 2012 is June 20-September 21
Fall 2012 is September 22-December 20
Winter 2012-2013 is December 21-March 19
Traditionally the seasons begin on the 21st of March, June, September, and December.
People often think that December is a winter month, that March is a spring month, that June is a summer month, and that September is a fall month, but actually most of those months is in the preceding season.
I prefer the the way the weather geeks do it: march 1 is the first day of spring.

Technically Ken is right of course as the summer/winter equinox denotes the seasons but I prefer it the way the weather geeks do it to.
