Apple appeals rejection of iPad trademark in China

“Apple has appealed a Chinese court ruling last December that rejected its ownership of the iPad trademark in the country, and could expose the company to trademark infringement lawsuits from a local company,” Michael Kan reports for IDG News Service.

      1. I really wonder who posts below grade school level racial taunts. My little brother’s group passed on it, but it seems alive and well with some anonymous “folks”.
Maybe I have classes with some closet racists who only let it known to their in-crowd bigots, or maybe work with some at the studio.
I just would like to see who they are. Not to ridicule, just to see them, what kind of work they do and all.

    1. Why isn’t there a link in this site to report, say, hate language? (Plus, some other guy thinks his racist slur is hilarious.) Maybe because Superior Boing is an extreme exception to the generally intelligent, if impassioned contributions here? Is it OK to say fuck you, Superior Boing, you racist shithead? If not, why not?
