HBO Go and MAX Go access coming to Time Warner Cable’s HBO subscribers

Time Warner Cable customers who subscribe to HBO and Cinemax can now have instant access to HBO GO and MAX GO through a special beta trial.

HBO GO and MAX GO are free with your HBO and Cinemax subscriptions. Get instant unlimited access to over 1,400 of your favorite HBO® programs, movies and more, plus hundreds of your favorite Cinemax shows and Hollywood hits – even behind-the-scenes extras – whenever, wherever!

Soon, Time Warner Cable expects to launch these amazing services to all HBO and Cinemax subscribers with a Time Warner Cable Username and Password, but for now, this exclusive test is available only to customers who subscribe to SignatureHome, HBO and Cinemax.

With HBO Go, you can watch HBO hit shows like Game of Thrones, True Blood and Boardwalk Empire and the new Cinemax original series Strike Back – anytime, anywhere – on your MacBook, iPad, or iPhone.

• Personalize your viewing experience with a custom Watchlist and catch up on your favorites at your convenience.
• Set a Series Pass to automatically send new episodes of your favorite shows to your Watchlist.
• With easy-to-use Parental Controls, you can block youngsters from watching more mature content.
• Keep the conversation going and share updates about your favorite HBO® and Cinemax® hits on Facebook and Twitter.

  1. The instructions to sign up DO NOT WORK, because the links to signing up at the HBO GO and CINEMAX GO sites do not list any Time Warner Cable links, beta or otherwise. In other words, you posted this story too soon. The service is still not available from Time Warner Cable. Period.
