PBS video has posted a rare 50-minute interview with Steve Jobs, conducted in 1990; complete with outtakes.
In the interview, Jobs re-does answers, explains why he considers computers “a bicycle for the mind,” why people buy personal computers, networking, discusses NeXT, the Mac, and much more.
Jobs also explains what Xerox PARC was doing in the late 1970’s/early 1980’s, what he saw, and how Apple completed the work Xerox had started and created a product that consumers could afford.
Jobs says, “The Macintosh was created by a group of people who felt that there wasn’t a strict division between science and art. Or, in other words, that mathematics is really a liberal art if you look at it from a slightly different point of view. And, why can’t we interject typography into computers? Why can’t we have computers talking to us in english language?”

Disappointing. Gave up half-way through. Unprofessional interviewing. Jobs must’ve felt he was with idiots.
