“One parts supplier claims to have already obtained the screen part for Apple’s next-generation iPad,” AppleInsider reports. “The alleged iPad 2 LCD screen sells for $218.19 from Globaldirectparts.com, as noted by MacRumors, though the part is currently out of stock.”
“Since the website currently offers replacement screens for the original iPad for $63.35, the higher price of the so-called ‘iPad 2 screen’ could possibly corroborate reports of a higher-resolution display on the second-generation tablet,” AppleInsider reports. “Apple will reportedly quadruple the number of pixels on the iPad with a 2048×1536 resolution when it launches a new model, expected this spring.”
AppleInsider reports, “In early January, the supplier posted a video detailing parts that were ostensibly for the “iPhone 5.” The video was removed due to a legal request from Apple, but has since been reposted. In actuality, the part was for the soon-to-be-released Verizon CDMA iPhone 4.

You, keep leaking… Lose Apple contract
I have it for sell, too, for only $199.99. Unfortunately, it’s on backorder.
They have a “for sale” listing for an LCD screen, with NO specifications such as screen resolution. And it is currently “out of stock,” even though it was just listed (meaning they never had any at all). The only “evidence” that it is a higher-resolution screen is that the asking price is higher.
That all sounds pretty sketchy… If you were selling a part for the new iPad and your access to supply was very limited initially (and you don’t even have any right now), wouldn’t you jack up the asking price (no matter what its resolution turns out to be).

B-o-o-o-o-o-g-u-s! There is no way the iPad screen will have (or need) so high a resolution given the graphic processing involved. And no way Apple will pay anywhere near that price for whatever screen it elects to use and still sell the product starting for $499.
Apple filled a patent for a screen that act as a camera. May be this is the one.
