“Google has been stuck at around 200,000 activations a day since early August,” Seth Weintraub reports for Fortune.
MacDailyNews Note: For comparison, Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced in mid-October that Apple was activating 275,000 iOS devices per day, peaking at 300,000 on some days.
Weintraub reports, “That isn’t to say Google won’t announce another milestone in the coming days and weeks. But, even if they announce 250,000 next week, that still shows that growth is decelerating.”
