Apple announces Black Friday sale with special one-day deals

Apple has announced their special one-day Black Friday shopping event which will take place on November 26. Details are not divulged, as Apple simply invites shoppers to visit the Apple Online Store this Friday to find “dozens of great iPad, iPod, and Mac gifts.”

  1. Could be a on line across the board 10% discount.

Apple Stores are likely going to be crowded, no discount needed.

I’ve found a better method of giving Apple gifts, money in a Apple product box wrapped up like a gift.

This way they can chose exactly which product suits them, or if they are secretly in financial trouble due to the economy, use the cash for themselves.

  2. This happens every year and it is a great time to save a little money if you are able to time your purchases. In the past, the BF discounts have been applied on top of the fed gov’t pricing, but not on top of educational pricing.

It is worth a look if you are in the market for Apple products. The BF discount generally covers the sales tax, or thereabouts. It is nothing about which you should go crazy.
