Hmmm…I see it on the iTunes page, but it’s not showing up for me in Software Update. Come to think of it, iTunes 10 didn’t either, nor did the Mac OSX 10.6.5 update earlier this week. And yet, all the HP printer driver updates show up in there, even though I don’t have an HP printer… What did I break?

Software update says:
Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.2.
I hope this fixes the issue of Apple TV not connecting to your computer, even via ethernet, unless an Internet connection is active.
I wonder if 4.2 will make this app run properly…..

They waited too late on the HP printer updates. Mac users all over have been having issues with HP printers and have since moved on to other companies… as have I.
My HP 6500 Wireless was such a pain in the ass that I chucked it for a Canon Pixma. Had the Canon up and running wirelessly in no time while the HP had been nothing but trouble from the start. HP offered me a $50 gift certificate towards the purchase of a NEW HP printer for all my trouble…

But I digress. I, too, shall wait awhile before updating. See if there’s any reports of Macs blowin’ up.
