“The plant, which will start construction later this month, will be handled by the local subsidiary Futaihua Precision Electronics and already has workers,” Electronista reports. “It comes as Apple is already rumored to be significantly expanding its production plans to add support for other networks. ASUS’ former manufacturing arm Pegatron is rumored to be starting CDMA iPhone production this month to cater to demand for a Verizon launch as well as possible launches at Sprint, China Telecom and other CDMA networks.”

Electornista reports, “A T-Mobile iPhone is also a possibility for a second GSM version.”

If you look closely, you will see that the Android users said what they planned to do.
    Stay with Android: 71%
    From Android to iPhone: 21%
    From Android to Blackberry: 3%
    Other: 5%

and I wouldn’t call 89% 80+%. I would round to 90% if I didn’t want to present the data to 2 decimal places.

So much for “B.Berry, Palm, Windows, Nokia Simbian and the rest. “

As far as your assertion “that will change,” I thought we were discussing data and not merely speculating.

Android is great, iPhone is better for all but geeks, and Blackberry and Windows mobile are in trouble.

  2. It’s humorous that the comment above is from a poster called “iCRAPPY,” then he or she writes about something called “iCRAP.” Probably an accurate self-description… ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”smile” style=”border:0;” />
