  1. Hmm. iTunes does seem to have a growing tendency to try to do everything. It’s gradually taking over the job of the file system. I’m really not sure it is the most efficient or best written application to take on this role. Feature creep and bloatware spring to mind. Very un-Apple like…

  2. I have written Feedback to  numerous times regarding iTunes. I think they should revert iTunes back to a simple Music player, and have a separate App for iPhone/iPod/iPad management (a bit like iPhone Configuration Utility for Enterprise), and a separate App for Movies, Apps and Books.

I have to agree with the posters above, iTunes is becoming a jack of all trades, master of none. Even the name doesn’t really make sense anymore, because it’s not just Music, it’s Apps, Films, TV Shows, Books…

  3. My itunes 9.2 freezes during sync/backup.
worked fine before I upgraded software to OS4 on my ipod touch 3d gen and before I updated to itunes 9.2 today(jun22)

    OS: XP
    ipod touch 3d gen 32GB OS4
