Apple will kick off its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) with a keynote address by CEO Steve Jobs on Monday, June 7 at 10am PDT.
This year’s WWDC sold out in a record eight days to over 5,000 developers.
The five-day event running from June 7 to June 11, is focused on providing advanced content for skilled developers across five key technology tracks: Application Frameworks; Internet & Web; Graphics & Media; Developer Tools; and Core OS. Apple engineers will deliver over 100 solutions-oriented technical sessions and labs. WWDC 2010 gives an incredibly diverse community the opportunity to connect with thousands of fellow iPhone, iPad and Mac developers from around the world.

MacDailyNews Note: According to Twitter user Bryan Webster, on Saturday he asked Steve Jobs via email, “Are google taking the piss? I hope you have some good WDDC announcements to blow them out of the water?” Steve Jobs replied, “You won’t be disappointed.”
@Wrong Again:
Totally agree. There are morons everywhere.
All appe has to do is keep going where no one else knows and exploding all the broken models of yesterday
Apple
@ Lotus Eleven,
If you really have an AT&T; tower that close to your house, it should work much better than that. Have you tried calling AT&T;to see if they have a solution? My old man had a lot of trouble when he first got his iPhone, and they had an engineer work with him to make the service better. Apparently, there’s something they can adjust. It’s worth a shot if you haven’t already tried engaging customer service.
@ecrabb
thanks for the tip! I’ll call them and see if there is anything they can do.
You have to wonder how they find these idiots. What is the “WDDC” and is Steve Jobs speaking there too?
Maybe someone will bring up that BILLION DOLLAR SERVER FARM that is up and running in North Carolina? Maybe a cloud DVR that works with AppleTV? Or iChat for the iDevices? Or …
Read a dictionary, tards… “taking the piss” means to deflate someone’s erection caused by a full bladder. It stems from “piss proud”, or morning wood caused by needing to take a piss, and that some people who think they’re really awesome (ie virile) are actually just… not.
@DX
Er no, a dictionary will not help, a literal definition of the derivation is pretty much pointless – if you’re English you’ll understand why a definition of “taking the piss” is not straight forward because it depends on the context.
Possible meanings:
Trying to be funny / is that supposed to be funny?
Taking liberties / taking advantage of someone
Laughing at someones expense / ridiculing somebody
Deliberately misleading someone
The brits like saying “taking the piss” so much, they’ll give it new meanings just to be able to say it more often in the day.
I hope Steve revamps Apple TV just to be a d*ck to Eric.
