  1. @ Lotus Eleven,
If you really have an AT&T; tower that close to your house, it should work much better than that. Have you tried calling AT&T;to see if they have a solution? My old man had a lot of trouble when he first got his iPhone, and they had an engineer work with him to make the service better. Apparently, there’s something they can adjust. It’s worth a shot if you haven’t already tried engaging customer service.

  2. You have to wonder how they find these idiots. What is the “WDDC” and is Steve Jobs speaking there too?

Maybe someone will bring up that BILLION DOLLAR SERVER FARM that is up and running in North Carolina? Maybe a cloud DVR that works with AppleTV? Or iChat for the iDevices? Or …

  3. Read a dictionary, tards… “taking the piss” means to deflate someone’s erection caused by a full bladder. It stems from “piss proud”, or morning wood caused by needing to take a piss, and that some people who think they’re really awesome (ie virile) are actually just… not.

Er no, a dictionary will not help, a literal definition of the derivation is pretty much pointless – if you’re English you’ll understand why a definition of “taking the piss” is not straight forward because it depends on the context.

    Possible meanings:

Trying to be funny / is that supposed to be funny?

Taking liberties / taking advantage of someone

Laughing at someones expense / ridiculing somebody

    Deliberately misleading someone
