I now have a TNT International Express tracking code, it says that my iPad is in Shenzhen and delivery will take 3 days.. I somehow doubt that it will be that fast.. but who knows. perhaps they will not hold them till Friday. But I guess that is wishful thinking..
I’m going to wait a few weeks and pick one up at an Apple Store, I kinda want the feeling of buying it in a Store rather than get it delivered…

I have been using the delivery status widget for the tracking (http://junecloud.com/software/mac/delivery-status.html) but the main info I got from my order screen from Apple (http://twitpic.com/1q2b6p)

A silly question but if you pre order an iPad and an item thats out of stock / 3-4 week wait like the apple case … do apple wait until the case is in stock before sending both or will they send the iPad the the case?
Awwww!! Mine only says Shipped on: May 22, 2010 and the Carrier Tracking Number given by Apple is not working on tnt.co.uk website. Maybe is cause I ordered the iPad case and the dock.

They ship stuff separately, so if you ordered any accessories that are on bak-order, you’ll get your ipad on time, and the accesories as they become available. Good news, eh?

pre ordered 11/5/10 in the A.M but haven’t received a shipping date yet just ‘june’ :-(…
thus why thought maybe the case could hold things up

It’s possible that the UK online apple store is different, but on the reciept page on the Canadian apple store, it says that items will be shipped separately as they become available.
Anyone tracking for TNT International shipments (English version) use the following URL
http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/tracker.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=gb
2 Choices..
1) Enter the delivery reference (9 digit number) from your email, make sure the reference number radio button is selected
2) Goto the US Apple site, check your order status which should hopefully have a consignment no (9 digit no), enter this on the TNT tracking page, ensure that the consignment number radio button is checked.

it said jun 7th for everything apart from the camera connection kit – june ( no date ) for that – so i cancelled it

I ordered mine on the 10th at 7:50am GMT and I still havent received my confirmation it says on my first email that all goods will be shipped once all items are availble and it says all items are availble is there any other way of checking weather or not it has been dispatched?
Peachy — Go to Apple’s online store. Near the bottom of the page is a check order link. Log in to your account and it’ll show your latest orders and item status.

I’ve not received any shipping conformation yet either, now i am getting concerned that because i ordered a case and sim at the same time it might delay the shipping. I did order on the first day and i check the website compulsively. has anyone else who ordered a case with there ipad receive a shipping email yet?

Hmmm. My Delivery Reference Number and Carrier Tracking Number are identical – but it is a ten digit number and doesn’t seem to work on the TNT site.
AndyC I have the same problem as you. If you log on using the american apple site (store.apple.com) and then order status you will get a different tracking number.
