MacDailyNews Note: Apple announced last Friday that iPad will be available in the UK (and Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, and Switzerland) on Friday, May 28th. Customers can pre-order all iPad models from Apple’s online store in all nine countries beginning on Monday, May 10.
[Thanks to MacDailyNews Readers too numerous to mention individually for the heads up.]
The word should be “magical”, not “amazing”. Quick, stop the presses MDN, fix the headline! ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”wink” style=”border:0;” />
So no unlimited plans like those from AT&T… 🙁
O2 are including unlimited wifi from The Cloud and BT Openzone hotspots. How about Vodafone?
Vodafone seems stingy with their monthly cap. I’d be going most likely for Orange. I like (color) orange. ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”smile” style=”border:0;” />
Orange has released theirs as well. Details of all data plans are on the Apple UK Web site from this morning.
They do unlimited 3G plans in other countries apart from the US e.g. in Germany. Why not in the UK?
This is stupid.
Hopefully, since we have three networks competing with eachother, prices should plunge soon. Yay capitalism!
