Glad to hear Att is working on it. Maybe they need to hire a rocket scientist to figure out what to do.

I guess they can’t just add your iPad account to your other ATT account – that would be too easy.

A call from Steve Jobs to ATT would get it done in record time!

I hope it gets properly resolved asap for all in this situation.

  2. Yea It is Apple that is the problem.

See they put Stipulations on the contract with ATT. Apple wants everyones Physical address and log it, then pass it back to ATT/Apple so Apple can get its royalty on your signup from ATT. Apple is all about the dollar, not the product customer or service now.
Also it is for 30 days only and you have to elect to renew it. Why? Because Apple is going to Throw ATT under the buss, like they do there customers, by allowing Verizon and sprint to offer services next month and in June with the release of the new 4g Iphone with Teleconferencing Apple is raping the customer and everyone else they can to make some money before the IPads battery burns the house down. People will find that out when they watch HD movies for 4 hrs while streaming Live over the Cellular network when the CPU is loaded up!!.. I dug deeper.
See Apple wants to track you add your Ipad then plot your home on there map for Marketing purposes. Then sell the data to Google maps, again apple throwing it’s customers under the buss for a xtra buck and adding them to there mailing list, then get there % of the cut of customers who sign up with AT&T;etc.

This is not a glitch, this is called APPLE. They lied about the G series Macs overheating, then the Lied about the Mac Pro Nehalem s overheating and melting video cards and injuring customers, then they lied about the iphones battery burning peoples faces. Now they lie and cheat and break both State and Federal laws of Commerce/ discrimination/Sherman Anti Trust laws, not to mention Federal commerce, Federal Communication laws, and the patriot act. No Company shall deny a purchaser based off of requirement to purchase a credit card with a required home address. This violates the Constitution and the entire commercce section of the Fed code.

Call Apple and ask them how they can violate the Sherman Anti Trust Act? and how they can break both State and Fedral laws by requiring you to purchase something or sign up for somecredit card that has you home address when in the USA it is against the laws to do that. Whatch what they say,

Me… Well I would just poke around until you find the IME or SIM card ID and call any carrier and ask them to activate it for data only!!. I smart person and pushing buttons in the settings could find all that out, or download a APP from the app store that tells it to you. Then Call ATT and guess what. Your off an going.

Apple is out of control, withholds public info to protect there illusion that they care, and care nothing about the customer, just the profit margin to make their stock options go up.

    BUYER BEWARE!!
DEMAND that APPLE ACTIVATE you IPAD as when you purchased it, it did not stipulate all these absurd law breaking requirements. Tell them you if they can’t fix it then you will take them to small claims, for a total refund, plus a $3000 punitive damages claim for violation of the consumer protection act. You will win!

So Good Luck! Turning yours on.
For all those Mac Lover that think Apple came from heaven, just google “MAc Nehalem over heating” or “Iphones burns Customers Faces” or “Class Action lawsuit against Apple” over Water Sensors. The courts are all loaded up with facts, not fiction. And the Customers are winning big time.

You forgot the interplanetary and intergalactic codes.

Are the space aliens sending you messages again.

Is your tin hat over heating?

Thank you for all of your Apple purchases to date.
Are you trying to misdirect Apple fans so that you can have the Apple store to yourself?

Spread the word- Get a Mac!
