with all the money that google has, why could they not have worked this out before selling the damn thing. when apple informed the world of the iPhone, cisco was already in talks with Apple. otherwise, cisco would sue. i guess eric “the mole” schmidt still has not learned his lesson.

At this point, I don’t think Google will want that name, since they will NOT want to call the next phone “Nexus Two.”

Google will just ignore this ruling, as they are more trustworthy than any government….
Now to be fair, they should poll all of their customers and see what impact this will have on their use of the phone. With this size of a customer base it could easily disrupt commerce and communication on an unprecedented scale.
They have the number for two of the customers, but the third is not listed. Any help would be appreciated so this matter can be resolved quickly.
Time to nix the Nexus.

Integra is just an ISP, mine as it turns out. I can’t believe that any more spammers use them than any other ISP, but this might explain why my emails are blocked by one recipient’s service. This sucks.
