The perfect app for people that like to talk to themselves!
That just wrinkled my brain!
I haven’t a clue what the value of that application is, other than to say that it is truly remarkable, and that software that powerful WILL find a use.
very cool, but what would be a really useful application of that tech?
That is just weird.
Aside from a minute of amazing mind-fs*µking, I don’t know what I’d do with it. But like Thurman says, someone will find a use.
Meanwhile, NONE of the Israeli carriers offer Visual Voice mail. Don’t ask me why…
Really strange, but cool.
So can I put a Droid on my iPhone that way and turn my girly phone into a manly scud rocket fast phone?
But can the virtual phone place a virtual telephone call? And will you then get a virtual bill?
Let some “magic” mushroom eating person have a REAL good time with that! : )
That tech is spy like. Take a quick picture of your spouses phone. Open camera in front on fruit basket and find out what they are “really” doing while you are at work.
Would AT&T;’s service stink on that virtual phone as well?!
Found a purpose, imagine you are buying a new car. You obviously don’t want to cehe k thirty different models. BAM, augmentedly check out the cars STARK style. Peel through the interior, engine, under carrage and imagine what you might find out about that model showing the car. “now we know why her Adams apple looked so big.
It’s a good thing iPhone has plenty of storage for cool but pointless apps.
Half baked. Now if you could control the iPhone within the iPhone that would be something kewl a la Johnny Mnemonic but otherwise, well it’s a novelty.
Someone will find a use for it, sure.
@ Road – what a grinch! this clearly demos that a complex device can be emulated as a 3D “physically” manipulable virtual reality on a simple touch screen device, and called up in an augmented reality situation – all with just an “app”.
especially with a somewhat bigger screen to make it easy to work with – the coming iTablet – the potential of this is literally mind boggling.
Virtual porn.
I’m waiting…..
