  1. The “law firm” that represents Psystar won’t be able to afford the apartment that they work out of, if they keep this up. Unless this whole thing is being funded by an unnamed deep-pocketed third party (as many suspect), Psystar’s lawyers have probably made zero dollars off of this case.

    T-shirts… That is hilarious.

  2. With a tip of the hat to “Julian”
    “They should make a T-shirt that says . . .”

My parents went to Psystar and all I got was this stupid t-shirt

Psystar – We innovate more that Ballmer

Psystar – When you want a computer that cost $3,515.62 each to make (before materials)

Psystar – Because my Dell t-shirt didn’t make me look stupid enough

    . . . your turn

  3. Pretty sure ‘Rebel EFI’ is covered by the injunction:

“Circumventing any technological measure that effectively controls access Mac OS X, including, but not limited to, the technological measure used by Apple to prevent unauthorized copying of Mac OS X on non-Apple computers.
Playing any part in a product intended to circumvent Apple’s methods for controlling Mac OS X, such as the methods used to prevent unauthorized copying of Mac OS X on non-Apple computers.”

so not sure how they can still be trying to sell it.

  4. It would be funny if someone bought a Psystar T-shirt and walked around Macworld Expo sometime and video taped the reactions. Not sayin’ I’d do it or anything, just that it’d be funny. ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”smile” style=”border:0;” />

  5. There were a lot of other T-shirts like ‘We may be corporate flunkies but Microsoft supports those wacky Psystar rebels’ and ‘Get a Dell ExPsystaron 2230 LTE 2.8g and get this T-shirt free’ but apparently they never came to light.
