  1. I’ve bought a couple of MacHeist bundles and usually there are 2 or 3 apps worth getting and a bunch of filler. This is no different.

This is an interesting concept with a suite of graphic tools, but most of the applications, except for the venerable Graphic Converter, seem rather weak. Graphic Designer Toolbox looks like fun with a novel interface.

For Graphic Converter alone, it’s worth the price.

  2. Like buying the excellent GraphicConverter for “the regular price” and having the rest thrown in for free. The discounts on the other items is also a nice touch. Sandvox, for example, is a decent site creator – somewhere between the beautiful, if limited, iWeb and the slightly less showy but much more flexible RapidWeaver.

  3. Okay, I see the bundle of the seven applications by following the link given. Where do I find the discounts on Pixelmator, Sandvox, etc. Do I have to buy the bundle first and then they will be offered? I am so confused.

  4. Loran asked: “Where do I find the discounts on Pixelmator, Sandvox, etc.” while almux asked: “Where is Fontcase?”.
There is a not-so-easy-to-identify window on the site … well, it’s easy to identify it as a map-link but not quite so specific as to what it leads to. Click there and you will find those bargains, and more.

  5. The bundle for 39.99 does not include Pixelmator, Fontcase, Sandvox or a couple of other ones. The one that is most noteworthy in the bundle is GraphicConverter. The others are, mostly, gimmicky, with DrawIt being one of the only other softwares in the bundle with a somewhat unique purpose. I’m sure this bundle works for many people, but (like someone else here said) these are pretty much like the MacUpdate bundle, in that they give you one good piece of software and then a bunch of less useful stuff as a bonus. Good deal overall, just not for me.
