Apple today announced the grand opening celebration of the company’s first retail store in France. The Apple Store, Carrousel du Louvre will officially open on Saturday in Paris. The two-level store will employ approximately 150 employees.
“We are very pleased to extend the experience of the Apple Store in France,” said Ron Johnson, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail. “The new store is located below the famous Louvre Pyramid, in the Carrousel du Louvre. This is the place to go shopping, train and develop ideas.”

Oo la la!
How cool is that to be right under the pyramid! That’s got to generate some positive power.
Flashxl, you are either illiterate or trying to be ZuneTang. Read the frigging article. It hasn’t opened yet.
Next to the inverse pyramid and the Holy Grail. Once again, top location Apple!
Looks like the entrance to the louvre.
MDN Magic word: english (go figure!)
Do they sell freedom fries?
Great location! And look at al those French skinny people. All stylish and all. Fit perfectly with the brand! Tight!
Pomme.
If it weren’t for the signage in French, you would not know you were in France. Still it is very zen like in its look and feel.
Les fangirls MAC sont fous. L’Apple Store chez le Louvre? C’est drôle. Le Zune est un pièce d’art, pas un I-Pod.
Your potential. Our passion.™
ZT:
One of your better efforts of late, in English or in French.

The fangirls MAC are insane. Apple Store at Louvre? It is funny. Zune is a part of art, not I-Pod.
@ZT
ha, go ahead, ask a French girl if you can see her zune and see how hard you get slapped!!!
BobWillsIsStillTheKing…
I think Zune Tang® is well aware what “zune” means in French (or is it only French Canadian?) slang. Something tells me…hmm…
@ZT:
It should be “Les fangirls MAC (sic) sont folles.” Cependant, je suis impressionné.
The French for Zune is merde.
Juste to tell merde is shit in english 😀
merde… merdered a bit more like it.
