“The ‘help wanted sign’ is out at Affiliated Computer Services in Raleigh [North Carolina],” WRAL.com reports.
“ACS plans to hire 240 people at its customer care center in order to provide technical support for Apple iPhones…Both customer care personnel and managers are needed,” ,” WRAL.com reports. “‘These positions reflect growing demand for iPhones and the fact ACS has demonstrated we have the ability to ramp up this many positions quickly and to meet technical demands,’ said ACS spokesperson Chris Gilligan.”
WRAL.com reports, “ACS is looking to hire some 600 people nationwide. The company has 3,100 employees in North Carolina, including offices in Raleigh and Cary.”
