  1. I had noticed the store went down. And I got all excited. A week after the keynote. Time for the “back filler” updates to start trickling New Mac Book Pro update, maybe multi touch gestures for laptops, blu-ray, Apple Cinema Displays…all the stuff the SJ would have had to announce to please every fan boy and girl but didn’t.

And then we get this. It is nice looking and in typical Jobs/Apple fashion the timing is great for V-day.

Come on now fanboys, don’t think that one of these will satisfy her on V-day just b/c it’s pink and costs $200. ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”grin” style=”border:0;” />

  2. “all the stuff the SJ would have had to announce to please every fan boy and girl but didn’t.”

After reading Mac sites for year, I’m convinced that nothing SJ ever says will make all the fantards happy. He could announce 1$ laptops with a foldable 24 inch screen, that allowed someone to see the future and someone on here would pitch a hissy fit about some feature it lacked.

  3. At least Apple releases Pink for a reason. MS just releases colors out of desperation, since innovation is something the can’t do in real time. They usually wait till calendar year is over, then they just copy Apple. LOL

  4. To joewannamac:

Sure. And Ballmer will make them by hand. Any kind of organic bling is available. Red splotches are his favorite. He spends most of the day “innovating” new textures. The Board is just happy he’s not stalking small prey in the parking lot, howling at cars and throwing blind kids down abandoned wells. It was freaking out the employees. Local law enforcement had to buy a dozen torches and pitchforks as a precaution.

  5. Pink? Been there, done that with the pink Zune. Cupertino, it looks like the copiers are running at full speed today.

Thing is, I won’t be getting this for anyone on Valentine’s Day, I’m having too much fun with Zune and Windows Vista to be in a relationship right now.

    Your potential. Our passion.™
