“Here’s the test I use to determine whether a new computer OS is a success: If I am using both the older operating system and the newer one, do I miss the latter when I’m using the former? The answer, if everything has come together as it should, is yes,” Dwight Silverman reports for The Houston Chronicle. “And that’s definitely the case with Mac OS X 10.5, better known as Leopard.”
“Overall, Leopard’s a winner. If you’re a Mac user, you will want this on your computer,” Silverman reports.
If you’re a Windows user who’s been tempted by the Mac, I’m not sure there’s much here to add to the siren song you’re already hearing. But if you make the leap, there’s a lot in Leopard to make you glad you did,” Silverman reports.
