Apple has just released iTunes 7.3 for Mac which allows users to:
• Activate your iPhone service
• Sync iPhone with your music, movies, TV shows, and more
• Wirelessly share digital photos from any computer in your home with Apple TV
iTunes 7.3 is available via Software Update and also as a standalone installer.
More info and download link for iTunes for Mac (33.8MB) here.
More info and download link for iTunes for Windows (47.4MB) here.
[Thanks to MacDailyNews Reader “Ian” for the heads up.]
looks like there are no ringtones….
Awwww…. no ringtone maker then…. 🙁
Fast & Furious !
My finder is snappier.
maybe the phone has to be plugged in for the ringtones?
Dollars to donuts, Garageband will acquire the ability to create ring tones, unless some third-party has begged Apple not to marginalize their efforts to make a little money off this cash cow.
Downloaded fine, but the Song Volume Analysis had to rerun upon first opening, which was slow.
So is loading a web page on iPhone via the EDGE network something akin to loading the MacDailyNews webpage on a high speed wifi network?
I’m sure no one expected this update today! The wireless photo sharing from any computer the the tv is a welcome surprise feature!
@Tre: Really. MacDailyNews is dog slow for me on DSL also.
What is it? All the ads?
Hmmm.
– iPhone release day.
– MacDailyNews website with up-to-the-minute updates on everything Apple and all news about iPhone.
– Lots of traffic to MDN
– Slow MDN page loads.
hmmhmmmhmmm.
Coincidence, or psychic phenomenon?
MDN is slow and buggy today. I get a lot of page loads with only the top bar and no content, or just the story and no comments.
Apple TV photo sharing is a huge win! My early adopter regret factor just significantly diminished.
The speed on this site would be acceptable if they loaded the content BEFORE the ads Mine always hangs up after the ads and I get no content. It really sucks to have to refresh every time to see the stories.
What ads?
