Apple’s iTunes Store offers free golf tips video from PGA’s best instructors

Apple and the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) have teamed up to bring you exclusive access to the 2006 PGA Grand Slam of Golf, the professional golf tournament for which qualifying is the most difficult.

This season-ending showcase of major champions features 4 of golf’s elite as they vie for a $1.25 million purse and recognition as the “best of the best.”

2006 PGA Grand Slam of Golf competitors:
• Tiger Woods: reigning British Open and PGA Champion
• Jim Furyk: Major Champions Points List leader, 2003 U.S. Open and 2003 PGA Grand Slam of Golf Champion

  1. It’s as much a sport as smacking little bit bigger balls with a club, or throwing a bigger ball through a hoop, or slapping little rubber thingies around on ice. Most sports sound silly when summarized down to an overly simplistic statement.

  2. Very well putt, dj. I wood have thought he might have a stroke being so teed off.
    So, thanks for having the balls and ironing that out.
    Of course, a little birdie tells me that some people are just green to golf. It may sound catty or a foregone conclusion, but perhaps they don’t have the drive to learn a new sport on par with many others. No matter how you slice it, some people just hate the hole sport.
