  1. Wow, they need to put that video on a higher priority server. It is not loading. I understand the number of hits it must be getting right now, but there is no excuse for this to have the DIGG effect, or any Apple clip for that matter.

  2. “Anybody notice how unwell Jobs looked?”

Hey, that’s what a looming indictment for securities fraud will do to you!

I see another Ken Lay “heart attack” [cough] suicide [cough] coming soon.

    Hasta la VISTA, Mac dorks!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. MacPro: G5 w/Intel. Not much more unless you want to configure $5K – $6K worth of boost. The next gen MacPro will look and act a whole lot more like we expected.

Leopard: so far, Tiger tweaks. Let’s hope the secret stuff delivers a real reason to buy the next cat.

Bottom line today: disappointment all around.

  4. Mossman & Xacto,

Had a buddy who had pancreatic cancer, took him a couple of years to get back to looking healthy, and he never got as heavy as he was before ( made a lot of lifestyle changes, looking death square in the eye can have that effect on you. )

I am sure with all of the work that came from switching processors so quickly has taken its toll. Hopefully after Leopard launches he can take a much needed vacation.

  5. Dr. Xacto,

When people are a little overwieght, we think they look healthier. When one is at their ideal body weight, we think they look unhealthy. I think Steve is just closer to his ideal body weight in the most recent picture, and as a result is a bit healthier, perhaps.

He probably lost a lot of weight with his surgery, and like some people with that diagnosis, try to do everything they can to keep those evil cells quieted down.

  6. MacSuck®:

    You are deeply disturbed. Seriously.

Mac vs. PC bashing is, in the end, fun and games.

Saying someone – anyone – is going to die soon, just because you don’t like him, is sick.

And yes, I can read, and that’s what you said.

    Get help.

  7. Hey, that wasn’t really me up there. I think Macs suck, yah, but I don’t want Jobs to kick. He’s too valuable with all the illegal activities he’s doing. He’ll make it super-easy for VISTA to dominate!!! So, yaah- I don’t like macs, but I don’t think anybody’s gonna die …

    Ohh, yes I do.

  8. MacSuck®,

I have seen the light. It’s dull and doesn’t really illuminate, but I see it.

And as for your name: Mac suck R. Ooh, I like it.

    I like it a lot.

Oh, and have you ever asked what compels you to get this sort of attention? Or why you hide behind anonymous posts using homosexual references?
Nevermind. Don’t ask. Just keep talking you bad boy!!!

    (call me)

  9. Nah—Steve is looking really not well.
In the old days he would have done the entire speech. Today he handed most of it off to others.
Grooming for a replacement between the other non-Job speakers?

As a stock holder I guess I have the right to ask about his health. How is his health? Without Jobs Apple will die quickly (or be bought out).
