  1. Yes, those links SUCK BIG ASS MDN!
    Stop it.
You’re breaking one of the most basic rules of links – no links to something different than the words that are the links.
That’s BS – and if you don’t stop, no more hits from me and I will make sure others follow.
Paying the bills is fine, this is effin’ BS.

  2. I don’t mind the links. What pisses me off are the whingers who clog up these comment boards with their link complaints.

    PEOPLE:

You have already been told by numerous posters to these forums exactly how to switch off the links by using the Mac’s Terminal application. If you hate the links that much, get off your lazy asses, fire up Terminal and sort it out for yourselves.

Alternatively, you could always reinstall system 7.5 and switch your monitor in the control panel to two colour black and white thus avoiding the colour links you hate so much. Or you could:

RECOGNISE THAT, WHILST IT COSTS YOU NOTHING TO GET THE BENEFIT OF THIS SITE, THE PROVIDER HAS TO MAKE MONEY TO KEEP IT GOING AND THE ONLY WAY OF DOING THIS (OUTSIDE OF MALE PROSTITUTION) IS TO TAKE IN ADVERTISING. SO EITHER SHUT YOUR GODDAMN COMPLAINING OR SOD OFF TO ANOTHER SITE TO GET YOUR MAC NEWS.

    Here endeth the sermon.

  3. I agree with everyone who thinks those links stink!
    BAN THE BUGGERS!

    …a massive irritation

and Dirty Pierre, we are not all geeks, I wouldn’t know what to do in Terminal… I bought a Mac so I didn’t need to get all geeky. And those awful links with those ugly pop-ups are sooo Windoze!
