  1. We don’t want your American iTunes DRM forcing you have to buy a American DRM iPod the next time you want a portable music player.

    Is that so bad now?

Our law will give you the option to take your DRM music to another player like a nice Rio Karma, Creative Zen or Chinese made iPod knock off.

Perhaps we Frenchies will design a portable music player and you’ll like to move your music to it but can’t.

Just think of the future, the future where all music is DRM and it all makes sense. Because eventually that’s going to happen. Non-DRMed CD’s are on their way out.

You’ll thank us French for the law.

All you Frogs invented was how to put your tongue somewhere it wasn’t wanted. Oh, and how to mime. (Marcel)

  3. “…We don’t want your American iTunes DRM…”

Hearing a downloader complain about DRM is like hearing a burglar complaining that the guy he robbed last week has had the audacity to lock his doors this week.

Apple sells a product. They clearly indicate the abilities and limitations of the product in the advertising material. If you don’t like it, don’t buy it. It’s just as simple as that.

“The French are so lame, if it weren’t for the stupid Americans you’d be speaking German today. Maybe your country should take on a tougher battle than this.”

And if it wasn’t for the French, there is a strong possibility we’d still be part of the British empire.

But you’re probably from middle America, where your part of the country’s history only goes back about 150 years.

  5. “Enough with the bigotry already…” said,
    “It’s about the music stupid!”

Being a stupid person I take offense to that, so you are the real bigot! ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”wink” style=”border:0;” />

Yeah and if it wasn’t for America the Frence would still be part of the Nazi empire, so there, it can go on and on!

by the way the French are still lame

  7. French Canadiens are cool. I’m in Montreal right now and there are iPods wherever you go. Mostly everyone here can speak English anyway, so don’t blame them for what France is doing. ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”grin” style=”border:0;” />
