Maybe try downloading the new Quicktime via Software Update.
Hey, theIoniousMac…..you can watch it in iTunes. That’s why when you install iTunes 6, it tells you that you need Quicktime 7.0.3 in order to view the new videos that you purchase from the iTunes store. Try clicking on the little Video icon on the left. Ya know….the section for videos.
WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THE HAPPY HALLOWEEN AUDIO ON THE ADS.

And I just finished watching the whole presentation. One of my thoughts was: “How close to perfect this video quality has become.” It started playing right away, it played for over an hour without a glitch, picture quality was great, sound quality was great.
Your difficulties seem to have their origin in something beyond Apple’s control. Maybe you should try not to leave the impression that somehow Apple is responsible for your unsatisfactory experience.
