its about the content. videos are a part of that. musics sewn up for now. music companies dont like the lack of control right now, so what they do? increase prices just to try and show theyre still in charge. music companies are not invincible, its going to take a paradimn shift – apple needs to create their own label, and i think they will. it would be so damn easy , apple would already have access to an infrastructure 10 times more efficient than those UNCREATIVE music companies like sony. this battles just getting started.
its also how this content is viewed and interacted with.
thats why apple have done so well on the ipod. it has, as steve said above it has everthing. the hardware the software, and very importantly the userbility that no one else has.
